I focus on creating films that explore the intersection between the ordinary and the sacred, often using provocation to bridge the gap between the everyday and the ethereal. I capture the emptiness within the capitalist desert, depicting dreamlike scenarios that have resonated throughout human history. Through film, I aim to express the dream of liberation from societal constructs, transcending the notion of "Being" and emphasizing the process of "Becoming." Movement images are particularly suited to my vision, as they reflect the passage of time and the transformative nature of existence. I seek to challenge conventional desires, portraying nature in its distorted forms and uncovering forgotten aspects of time. Ultimately, I aim to sit at the threshold of human experiences such as love, grief, and letting go, weaving them into a narrative that intertwines with nature and its crafty concomitants. Film, to me, is a collection of impersonal and otherworldly sea-shells, personally gathered by hand.
